  I see the negative review below stating that they are dishonest.. This is far from what I saw today. I would take what he says with a grain of salt as he obviously has some beef with them, just look he has wrote 17 reviews all bad for different company.. some people are just miserable people I guess. I don't do a lot of reviews but I am just to blown away not to. This is a old fashion handshake kind of company. I purchased a large heavy safe from them and had it delivered sight unseen. The safe exceeded my expectations, but what really blew me away was there service. Its no easy task to move something that is heavier then a Honda Civic but Jon and Dave did and amazing job. They took there time and did it right. I have a uneven floor where the safe was installed and they could have left it that way but took there time to fix the problem and shim the safe. I have brand new hardwood in the entire house and they also took there time to cover them with large sheets of aluminum and caused ZERO damage. I am sure someone could have come in and done it faster, but I highly doubt anyone could have come in and done it better, or more professional. This is one of those company that your grand daddy tells you about from back in there day that does it the right way and takes care of there customer.

  Would have been a 5 , but they were dishonest and milked me for more money. I hope the extra little bit you sucked out of me was worth the bad feedback. Statistically is takes $10,000 in marketing dollars to recover permanent bad feedback online. This does not include people who will read this and go elsewhere. Learn how to do business smarter! Be honest!

  Just wanted to say that John and his teammate were amazing. They were able to fanagle my safe into a closet that barely fit it. They also took the time and care to not scratch my hardwood floors or make any marks on the wall. They did such a great job that I wanted to tip them, but John saw that I was a veteran and wouldn't accept it and said "no, thank YOU for your service". What a great person! I couldn't recommend them enough.
