Full of nothing but uninformed absent minded clerks, self righteous self appointed judges, short tempered trigger happy cops, and over paid unconcerned public pretenders all looking out for number one. Watch your backs! America is sick of the corruption, racial profiling, and the broken system. Molotov cocktails and and riots will be the least of your concerns this upcoming week. We will shake the foundation of your structure and demolish what remains of this broken system where justice no longer exists. After everything has been destroyed and the hypocrites gone we will finally be free. “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.” – Thomas Jefferson “When a government betrays the people by amassing too much power and becoming tyrannical, the people have no choice but to exercise the original rights of self defense – to fight the government.” – Alexander Hamilton “The ultimate authority resides in the people, and that if the federal government got too powerful and overstepped its authority, then the people would develop plans of resistance and resort to arms.” – James Madison “The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.” – Thomas Jefferson “This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing Government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it or their revolutionary right to dismember or overthrow it.” – Abraham Lincoln “We, the people are rightful masters of both Congress and the courts – not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.” – Abraham Lincoln “We need a revolution every 200 years, because all governments become stale and corrupt after 200 years.” – Ben Franklin We are over due. “What country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms.” – Thomas Jefferson If you keep us safe from each other, who will keep us safe from you?! Our founding father's would be ashamed.

I can think of no other place I hate more in Phoenix. I get sick to my stomach every time I walk in the door to a familiar smell. I give these 5 stars to the hard working Security staff who try to keep a smile on their face while the public seems to resent the invasion of a walk through metal detector only in place for our safety. The clerks office has a hard working staff as well who are helpful as they answer the same questions all day attempting to educate you for your next visit.

Automated check-in process good & efficient. Scan the postcard received from the court house at a kiosk & get a badge. The waiting room has self-served coffee & vending machines. The jury selection process is intended to be more efficient than in past, but it still disrupts your entire day.

Some judges are very good here and should be promoted to the next level such as federal judgeship. The Sup court of Maricopa actually records court appearances voice recordings to keep the court system honest beyond the court transcriptionist. The judges listen in this court and prefer to have a defendant talk and explain rather than silent. Some judges here deserve more stars.
