It is one of the largest shopping area of Phoenix. Well maintained and nicely decorated. There are many restaurants in the Center of different cuisines like Mexican, Thai, Japanese etc. There are cafeterias and bars and also food chains like Subway. There is a souvenir shop inside Arizona center and one Spa. I disliked one thing that most of the shops are restaurants.

Currently being remodeled, and brought up to date. Looking good so far! Surrounding grounds/landscape are very nice. Hopefully the updates and new management will get some great tenants in here, and make it a destination again.

My "go to" place for movies. Large theater with multiple screens and good restaurant choices nearby. Validated parking at the movies (and maybe the other shops too)

Saw a movie at the AMC Theatre. I'm not familiar with the area and ended up circling the building along with two different groups of people trying to find the entrance. Once inside I ordered popcorn and they don't even put butter on it as they fill is you do it tonight yourself and only get butter on the very top. The movie was good but I'd drive out of my way to go to another theater.

Havent had a lot of opportunities to go here but its nice to have a place like this downtown. The parking lot is convenient and the restaurants can validate your ticket (so take it with you!). On our most recent trip we visited Mi Amigos and Cold Stone Creamery, both get high marks from us. It doesn't feel very dog friendly here and I think that's a miss with all the housing that has gone up within walking distance. It has undergone a renovation since our last visit and is nice and modern looking, clean and in good repair.
