  I, like another reviewer, used Arizona Carpet Cleaning many times in the past and am disappointed in their professionalism now. I've tried to make an appointment and no one came. Would not recommend this company.

  I h ave used Arizona Carpet Cleaning for quite a while and had excellent experience with them. Until last month. I made my usual semi-annual appointment, and nobody showed up. I called several times and left messages and nobody ever returned my call. I thought maybe they had gone out of business til this morning when I saw one of their trucks in my area. Very disappointed and confused as to why nobody ever returned my calls. A missed appointment once in awhile is understandable, but to never follow up with the client is bad. I hired someone else and they did a terrible job.

  The first job was great! Cleaned carpet in a one bedroom apt and it was quick and got cleaner than I expected it would. The second job I called them for was an area rug that was only going to be $25 and the first morning appt of the day. They never showed up, I called twice and left messages and they never returned my call :( Extremely disappointed. I couldn't put the area rug in my new apt that weekend. Ended up putting it in storage :(

  Very impressed with Arizona Carpet cleaners. Not only did they do an amazing job but they were able to get a very large stain out of my carpet that I didn't think would ever come out. Their price was very fair and their service was great. Would highly recommend!

  Would definitely recommend this place for both carpet and tile and grout cleaning. I had about 4 rooms that needed to be done, they communicated well on when they would be there. Craig was very thorough at explaining the process and did a great job. 5 stars all around.
