::BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Worst car buying experience ever with many empty promises & deceitful behavior. Sold us a vehicle with a preexisting condition & wanted to partake in warranty fraud. Do yourself a favor & find another dealer. My wife & I have purchased over 20 vehicles over the last 17 years. We like cars & it’s sort of our “thing”, so we know what a good car buying experience looks like. We typically have gone through traditional or private dealerships due to the positive experiences we’ve had & having additional assurance. That is, until we interacted with Arizona Auto Resource (AAR). We found one of their listings on offerup & communicated via text & agreed to come to their office to take a look at the vehicle of interest. We arrived & David & Ryan were super nice & acted like our best friends. We were hesitant about the car because it smelled like cat urine & cigarettes. The key fob was also broken along with several other small details. They promised they would detail it to get the smell out & address all the other concerns if we brought it back in the following week since it was a weekend, so we agree to give them a chance. We agreed to purchase the vehicle with cash & they also talked us into getting an extended warranty. This is when the NIGHTMARE began. In hindsight we should have read some of the other reviews out there. Lesson learned on our part, but not too late for you. Highlights: • Sold with a faulty transmission and made us pay more to have it repaired • Suggested we participate in warranty fraud • Produced fake paperwork and receipts • Was fined by the DMV and investigated by the attorney general • Poor quality with repair work and many things promised during purchase process that were not followed through • Almost 4 months to get our registration & plates • Does not have the best interest of their customer in mind Due to character limitations this is all I can write. If you want to see more visit the yelp review. Also, Tyler Adcock and Ryan Haskings work for AAR and they submitted thier own reviews to try and compensate for the negative ones.

::I got a great car for a great price, the staff was friendly and I didn't have to worry about being swarmed by sales people. Its a small wholesale dealer with great quality cars.

::They are so cool and relate to you like a friend. They have dun so much for me from towing my car to selling me a new one every time was easy and cheap. I tried to find a mechanic that would fix my car with giving me a loaner and couldn't get one anywhere without paying hundreds they just said we will take care of it and put me in a nicer car than I brought in. That's real service . I love Ryan and Todd . We just bought a 2018 camery from their an they got it to us exactly like we ordered in great time. They also got it for us with a savings of 4 thosand dollars compared to the Toyota dealership. Love aar.
