  Closed saturday at 4:15pm. Internet info said open until 5. Could have saved much running if I'd known they weren't open.

  Was looking for something unique for Valentine's Day and this place delivered. Huge selection of flowers and helpful staff. Made a beautiful arrangement for me that was very well received.

  People complain about the prices but remember you are in Manhattan. And you are paying for the excellent service they provide (I’ll explain in the next few sentences). If you want something cheaper call 1800-flowers and you will get what you paid for. I paid a little over $140 for a dozen roses, they made a mistake and sent the wrong flowers. I called and made them aware of their mistake and they emmeidtaly sent my gf the correct arrangement. I must say they were very professional about it and made sure the error was corrected right away. I will purchase from them again based on this experience. Thank you for helping me make my gf feel special.
