  Stay away from Argenta. Since moving out, I been unable to get my deposit back from them. A lot of promises but no action. State law requires them to return the deposit within 3 weeks after move out, and now it's been 6 weeks with still no deposit. Very unprofessional at the least and dishonest and illegal at the worst.

  I've lived here for a long time and find the level of service great and the staff very responsive and understanding. Can't really ask for much more

  We lived in Argenta for a year and we really enjoyed it! Management team was super nice and efficient. Units are really spacious. I would live there again :)

  I love it here. Sweet home. Always feel welcomed and enjoy the modern clean lines and colors. Really enjoyable.

  I liked it, but that was at about $1k less a month rent than the website now quotes for a similar unit.
