  Came here once due to a broken drier and the owner Andy was very friendly and helpful. Recommend coming here for anyone in need to do laundry!

  Today was my second visit to this laundromat, and it was much less pleasant than the first. I had three loads of clothes, and I wanted to do a deluxe wash for each. For whatever reason, one of the loads just refused to go on deluxe, although the money was deducted from the card, and I went over to the counter to get help. There were two employees working; a male who was on the floor folding clothes, and a lady behind the counter sorting bags of clothes. The male was very well mannered and helpful during my first visit, but since he was on the other side of the floor, I decided to ask the female (older one - there was a younger one there on my first visit) for help. She looked tired and overwhelmed, as there were only two of them working and they had what looked like half a tonne of clothes to wash, dry and fold. I told her I needed help and she said I'd have to wait a little, 'sweetheart.' Ok, I went back to the machine to wait for her. She came over a couple minutes later (actually, she came halfway between the counter and the machine), and I explained the issue. She was impatient from the start, telling me that that's how it is, which made no sense, because I had two machines that were supposed to be on deluxe wash, yet there was a 16-minute difference between them, and one didn't say it was on deluxe. I tried to explain that and she cut me off, telling me that it depended on the setting and the type of water coming into the machine. I then explained that I selected the same setting for both - bright colors and deluxe. Now, I could see that she was busy, but I really needed help, as the machine had already started the wash but it was doing a regular wash, and the money for deluxe was already deducted from my card. With an exasperated look on her face, she finally came over to the machine, pressed some buttons, and then kindly informed me that she didn't have time for this. I told her that I was a customer who needed help, so I didn't understand why she had that attitude. She looked at the machine and told me that there was nothing she could do. I don't remember exactly what I said to her, but I know that I told her something about her poor customer service skills. She fiddled with the machine some more and then said that she could start it over and make sure it does the deluxe. She asked if I would be okay with that and I said yes, but she needed to be more courteous with her customers. I told her thanks when she was finished and she didn't even respond. The rest of the visit was without incident, but this annoyed me so much that I decided to write a review. I don't know if I will go back to this laundromat. If I do, it may be in the week, as the disgruntled female wasn't there when I first washed mid-week.

  I have been there to wash and dry my clothes, and utilized their wash and fold service. Both are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is fantastic.
