  Adrienne Corrigan has been our trainer and friend for many years. She makes it easier for me to be consistent with my workouts and focus on what is required. Each session involves various exercises so that I would never be bored. As a result, I am in better shape than 10 years ago. The results were noticeable within weeks. More importantly, I am healthier and able to enjoy my life to the fullest.

  Thank goodness I found Adrienne! After joining gyms, over the years, I realized that what I wanted was someone to tailor my workouts to be of maximum value for me. My first personal trainer, even though an owner of a local gym, forgot my appointments and spent most of my work out time on the phone. Adrienne is right there with me,all the time, paying close attention to make sure every workout has maximum benefit. She challenges me, without pushing me beyond my capabilities. Adrienne is a true professional and everything a personal trainer should be.

  Adrienne Corrigan is an experienced, encouraging and reliable personal trainer. She seeks out ways to provide fitness routines that are motivating and challenging. Each workout is different. I've worked muscles that I did not know existed. I highly recommend Adrienne!

  Someone that totaly listens to you and creates a plan for you!! I like a challenge and every time we worked together she had a new plan for me. I LOVE Adrienne!!! You will not be disappointed.

  Adrienne Corrigan has been my personal trainer for 10 years. She is an experienced professional who is always upbeat and positive, staying focused on helping her clients do their best and to get the most out of each session, always being mindful of proper form in order to prevent injury. Training sessions with Adrienne, tailored to meet the needs of each client, are varied, interesting and fun and I ways leave feeling stronger, more flexible and energetic. Her ARC Fitness studio is clean, neat and welcoming. Personal training doesn't get better than ARC Fitness.
