  Love this Arbys! The manager Chris always remembers me and says hi! I stopped going to the Mcdonalds on wood street and I go here instead. It's clean, fast and they always get my order right!

  Downtown Pgh location. The food was good at first, but as I looked around I realized how much the staff lacks in keeping the dining area clean, it made me sick to my stomach and I could not finish my meal. There were only 2 tables being used when my daughter and I walked in and sat down, making it 3 in use. Literally, every other table was covered in food debris and spilled liquid. I waited to see how long it would take for someone to walk over and clean it up, 11 mins.! The girl who wiped them did so with the same rag, never rinsed it, no fresh cleaning solution on hand, and then wiped the beverage area with still the same disgusting rag. As a Chef I was appalled at the sight of the large amount of cross-contamination I was seeing. They need to be held accountable and retrained immediately.

  Great chicken sandwich and I had a coupon too. The place has a small dining area that's always in disarray and the bathrooms are filthy. I just enjoyed my sandwich and left I'll be going back, great food

  Gast service, food was hot. Clean dining area, for the most part. Nice soda selection, but the fountain sodas are messy and always sprays or leaks on my hands.

  Hot roast beef brisket makes my butt explode and it gives me the runniez. Sorry for the poop in the urinal
