  At the game this past Sunday, 8/20/17, I was thoroughly unimpressed with Aramark and its management. Very simple things can destroy a person's experience "at the game" and mine came when something as simple choice of drinks (actually the type of soda cup) and straws. Managing the inventory of these two things, at the surface seem very insignificant and not even worth mentioning. However, when you pay over $25 for popcorn and three sodas, I expect more from Aramark. At the concession stand above section 133, they didn't have the regular soda cups, only the souvenir cups. Because of this, everyone was forced to buy the souvenir cups if they wanted soda from that stand. I wasn't going to pay nearly twice the amount of $$ for a souvenir cup and cater to an apparent money hungry company, Aramark, due to poor inventory management. I then went around to another concession stand where they did have the regular soda cups, still overpriced, and then they didn't have appropriate straws, one inch too short. I thought they were coffee stirrers at first. I spoke with a supervisor who stated that is all that they have and no one else seemed to mind. Since the straws I needed were not immediately available, the supervisor stated she would get the right ones and bring them to my seat. You would think that would be the end of it. A few minutes later, she stopped by my seat and gave me three straws of the same insufficient length as before and to make matters worse, one of the straws wasn't even usable. It was actually sealed at one end. I am completely disappointed with concession stand services and their overpriced products. Maybe I should start a boycott on overpriced products where the product isn't any better than anything else I could buy over the counter. It's ridiculous. I expected much more from a name such as Aramark. Totally disappointed.
