  Totally incompetent! Came to install a thermostat and ended up replacing two parts on the air conditioner system then said it was the compressor needed to be replaced. The bill was $710. This was a two year Trane unit. So I had the original installer come in (should have called them first) they installed the new thermostat and put back the original parts said all was fine! Repeated emails and phone calls were never returned! Had I gone further they would have replaced the compressor at a $3,500+ repair. Beware! They are totally incompetent!!!!!!!!!!!
