  About a year ago a soliciting DOOR-KNOCKER (the one that shows up at the best time of the day) salesman shows up at my house and told me "We were in your neighborhood and your neighbor just signed up for our service, and we want to give you a good deal (Do this seem like a total scam yet?)(come to find out my neighbor never did sign up for this shady service)." Thinking it was a good deal, I drank the JIM JONES COOL-AID (you all know what I mean) and signed up for a one year contract for this good-for-nothing-mickey- mouse​-exterminator-company !!!!!! I have had exterminators do multiple super quick / half a#s'ed jobs on my property, and numerous times I still had issues with bugs & mice. What's even worse is their office. Total lack of communication- there are have been times where I can't even get a hold of someone. Also, I asked to have my account recently canceled (a lady confirmed it over the phone), and when I recently paid the last bill I noticed my account was still active and not canceled...........TO SUM IT ALL UP DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PISS POOR COMPANY AND FIND A BETTER PEST CONTROL COMPANY !!!!​

  I love Aptive! Cesar Placencia provided outstanding service today. He arrived within the schedule window and began servicing per a note I had left. By the time I arrived home, he was well on his way to taking care of my concerns. He greeted me to be sure I didn't have something else for him to tend to. Aptive technicians are always thorough and very polite. So refreshing these days.

  Isidro Guzman did a great job today getting all the areas we discussed to kill the silverfish in my bathrooms and around the outside areas. Thanks again and glad I found Aptive.

  Kevin Arroyo was great today, he took a rat was out of our attic, 🤢😷 he was awesome, I know is his job but he was very great in telling me the next steps to take, 👍

  Excellent technician today, Isidro Guzman, was really polite and did a great job. I really appreciate how he was concern about the safety of my family when doing his job and explain everything really good. Thank you so much!
