  We recently completed our kitchen renovation. John & his team, especially Dennis, did a great job. We receive nothing but compliments on how beautiful our kitchen/great room turned out. We highly recommend them - as their attention to detail & quality of work is exceptional.

  John and all of his staff at Applied are professional & hardworking people. We lifted our home and could not be happier with the results.   From our first meeting and all the way through the “gut job” of our main bathroom, circa 1958, John Breuckner of Applied Construction Services, his office staff (Marianne and Jessica) and the lead man, Dennis (outstanding!), were available by phone and email. John has vast experience in all aspects of creating beautiful spaces. He leads an efficient, professional team. The workers showed up when expected, were respectful and easy to get along with, flexible, and most importantly, did a great job. Trust, workmanship (we are detail – read “picky” - people) and communication are all top notch. We highly recommend working with ACS on any project you may have.
