  Just saw a PC richard and sons commercial. They said they are the best appliance store. That allowed my mind to think about the best appliance store... so now i am reviewing the best appliance store!

  I looked at and was promised a price of $268 on an Amana washer, as adverised on this store's website. My partner went down to look at it and bought it 2 days later, was charged $297 instead. But we didn't know that. After indifferent customer service in general and disinterest in my presence , the store then gave her somebody else's reciept for a different appliance for $800, going through the motions without looking at what they were doing, When we called, they promised to send the correct receipt with delivery. We didn't see the discrepancy between $268 and $297 until delivery. They refused to refund the $29 difference. CONTINUATION THE FOLLOWING WEEK: after my partner called and admittedly was more temperate than me in talking to them, they prmised to refund the $29.

  My refrigerator broke down the night before my Xmas Eve party and I was in a jam. I needed a replacement that same day and my calls to several other places got me nowhere. Then I called Appliance Sales Plus and they could not have been more helpful and courteous. Karl answered the phone and without hesitation told me that he would make it happen. I drove over and in just a few minutes found the fridge that I wanted and the price was right. My refrigerator was delivered within hours and Xmas Eve saved! In an industry in which the same or similar products are sold elsewhere, service is what sets a company apart from the crowd. Even small things like the call I got from Karl just to make sure that everything went well, make a big difference. I don't give my endorsements easily but this one is a no-brainer. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

  THE PEOPLE AT APPLIANCE PLUS ARE THE BEST! I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR OVER 30 YEARS. WHEN I PURCHASED MY FIRST HOUSE, CARL, THE OWNER, ARRANGED FOR CREDIT SO I COULD GET A FEW APPLIANCES. SINCE THEN I HAVE PURCHASE WASHERS, DRYERS, REFRIGERATORS, AIR CONDITIONERS, BARBECUE GRILLS, AND ASSORTED ACCESSORY'S. IN THE PAST MONTH I PURCHASED 2 NEW ENERGY EFFICIENT AIR CONDITIONERS. A HIGH END GE REFRIGERATOR, A NEW CANOPY STAINLESS STEEL RANGE HOOD (SPECIAL ORDER), I ALSO PURCHASED A NEW BED SET THAT WAS ON SALE. KEVIN IS MY GO TO GUY, HE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WOULD FIT AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO FIND ME THE RANGE HOOD THAT THEY DON"T USUALLY CARRY. THE DELIVERY/INSTALLERS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY DID EVERYTHING BY THE BOOK, (I READ THE BOOK). AS FOR SERVICE/WARRANTY, I ONLY NEEDED THIS ONCE, I WAS DIRECTED TO THE FACTORY AUTHORIZED REPAIR PERSON, WHO ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY. THE ONLY PROBLEM I EVER HAD WITH AN APPLIANCE WAS WHEN MY DAUGHTER BOUGHT ME A NEW RANGE FROM A BIG BOX STORE, THEY ARRIVED AT 8 PM AND HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I HAVE MADE PURCHASES FOR FAMILY MEMBERS AND REFERRED SEVERAL FRIENDS AND THEY WERE EQUALLY SATISFIED WITH THE PROFESSIONALS AT APPLIANCE SALES PLUS
