  Gave the "manager" my modle number and he sells me the wrong parts. Suspension rods 2 inches shorther then what i needed. Send my kods to return the wrong oarts i was sold for $80 and the "manger" tells me they're old used parts. The proceeded to threathen me and told me to come down there.

  They had the parts in-store that none of the other four stores I visited and two on-line suppliers had available. They were helpful and worked collaboratively to get me what I needed. I'll go there first next time and recommend others do the same.

  Visited this store thinking I needed to buy an over priced item that I could not find on line. To my surprise I was instructed on how to repair my oven at no cost. Their advise worked! They now have a new customer who will put the word out to all who have appliance needs.
