  My husband and I reached out to Applewood once again. This time for multiple plumbing issues. Mr. Chris S., Master Plumber, arrived as scheduled, and he listened to our tale of the issues we were having with two of our toilets. Thankfully nothing major, but replacement and repair is necessary. Chris is a kind and personable gentleman, who took the time to examine, assess, and repair We also made a future plan to update and replace one of our toilets. The mentoring, advice/expertise, and making a plan that would best suit our home’s needs was most impressive and appreciated. Chris represents his profession, himself, and the Company to the highest degree. Looking forward to his intervention shortly.

  Tony L. came over to look at our sump pump and a small drip leak we had in our sprinkler. He was very friendly and helpful with giving us insight into everything. We ended up not having to do any work and even help us with something that wasn't required or necessary - just out of kindness. We will be using and recommending Applewood for all our home needs going forward. Thanks again Tony.

  I scheduled a breaker replacement on a Saturday morning. The appointment window was for the following afternoon, 3-5pm. Shortly before the window time, they called and moved the window back to 5-7. The electrician arrived after 8. They wanted $379 to change the breaker. I agreed to the price to have "piece of mind" that the work was done correctly. A few minutes after agreeing to the work, the electrician informed me he didn't have the part and there was no way to get the part at the current hour. I then declined the work but then still had to haggle about a $29 service call, which thankfully they did not charge. The next day I bought a volt meter and the breaker at Home Depot for $55. The breaker took literally three minutes to install. Lesson here is don't overpay these guys for basic jobs, as it is abundantly clear they do not provide good value. Maybe they are better for large, complex jobs, but I can't attest to that.

  I have seen Applewood Plumbing, Heating and Electric 3 times over the past week to repair or service outlets, HVAC and furnace in my home. Nothing but great things to say about this company. The customer service is impeccable! The professionalism, experience and knowledge of the technicians really is hard to beat. Applewood is always honest and straight forward (no hidden fees that pile up)! This is the company you would trust sending to your elderly parents' house because you know they are in good hands. The only negative is that they don't have a location in Austin TX where I am relocating to!

  Justin T was able to come out on Sunday evening and fix my plumbing problem. He was professional and completed the work quickly. I have always been happy with the service provided by Applewood and I really appreciate their flexible schedule. Daniel's service was professional and he did an excellent job that fit in with my schedule. I had a new furnace installed and some new duct work done. Josh, Dean & Mason were helpful, explaining everything and again, working with my schedule. I would highly recommend Applewood for any electrical, HVAC or plumbing needs. Another very positive experience with Bud. He was able to come out on short notice and he fixed my electrical problem right away.
