  It was the only nearby location where I could get an appoinment the same day. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time and the experience was great. In and out within 20 minutes. Problem fixed. 100% covered by Apple Care Plus. Great staff.

  Wow!!! Simply amazing!!! The girl who helped me in the Apple watch area was so kind, so helpful and so nice!!! She explain everything so clear and helped me with the payment, recommended apps to different things!!! I’m definitely coming back!!!

  Great place, nice and airy. Staff was great and very helpful. There was only on staff member that was rather rude. This staff member seemed like they did not want to be there at all and was bored out of their mind trying their best to get rid of me. Luckily, I managed to lose them after another customer came over and asked for help. I found another rep who was the most lovely of reps and managed to hook me up. The second rep saved this experience from being the most horrible apple experience I ever had to one of the better one.

  It was great. Was in and out in 20 minutes. No waiting. Got the iPhone X in the configuration I wanted. Series 3 watch in color and size I wanted no hassles no waiting. Store was crowded but staff was plentiful, attentive and friendly. Knew their stuff and checked me out on the spot, no waiting 😱🎊 on Christmas Eve as store was closing. Gifts done! Should have gone earlier. May go back for another one

  Basically like every other Apple Store. In my opinion great products, very nice and super helpful staff and a great place to experience new technology. I like the design and interior, it's very modest and impressive. I had a very good experience checking out the new Apple Watch, staff provided information immediately and was very friendly! ____ Went again to check out iPhone 10, obviously very crowded but nice atmosphere! ____ Since then I’ve been there a couple of times and my impression changed a bit. Employees tell different things, don’t know answers to my questions, have to ask other employees or are extremely annoyed by customers. Doesn’t change that I like the products but it’s still of importance that customers are treated very nicely and professional!
