  store manager Linda, (which I believe she gave me the wrong name) is the worst person out of the whole Apple Roosevelt field mall team. She has no leadership skills nor customer service awareness. She does not belong in the customer service business. She’s an absolute racist. I watched her exchange a phone for a customer with a cracked screen under warranty and right after she helps me where my phone is slightly bent not even caused by me and she says no this is too damaged all because of my color. She made it clear that it was about my ethnicity. She is a horrible person, pleasse take your appointments to another location because the same phone I took to another Apple store and they swapped it on spot no questions asked. She’s has egoistical personality which one can not have in retail. Especially on the magnitude of Apple. Anyways, horrible experience. Makes me want to switch to Samsung.

  Horrible! Very rude staff everyone busy talking to each other I have to ask them for help. I wanted to get an iPad for my son so I asked that guy who works there for the total amount after Tax! He was like idk why don’t you calculate and tell me I have to ring it to tell you. I still can’t believe how rude and nasty attitude he had.

  Pay close to a thousand dollars for a buggy work in progress. W.h.i.p... Just so a minor in an asian sweatshop can get tumors from the toxins. But all the cool kids have one...

  Although the team seems friendly and helpful, they have little to no regard for the customer's time. They failed to inform us that we have to make two separate appointments to service our macbook and iPhone; as a result, they made us collectively wait 3 hours in total to get our issue resolved. I recommend visiting another location with better customer service and just human decency.
