::I went there to get my phone fix walked in at 4pm they made me an appoint for 6:10pm then another appointment for pick up at 7:50pm that’s total of four hours. When I I originally purchased the phone I was out less then half hour. If u want any repair or service go to apple store at Roosevelt mall I’ve been there they were a lot quicker with any service

::Customer service was a little slow. Could have been better. Took about 10 minutes for the guy to come back from the back and get the device that we needed. Kept making suggestions like the Apple Watch is not good for teens.

::This 1 star is for store employee Vincent Jimenez Who did not know what he was talking about or what he was doing. Brought my iPhone in for warranty since it was under 1 year old and the top of my touch screen stopped responding. Vincent didn’t know how to power off my phone with the screen unresponsive n needed to get assistant from another Apple employee which wasted 15min as everyone was busy. He then made me wait 2 hrs to get my screen replaced so I had to sit around the Apple store on a work day. My screen wasn’t broken why didn’t he just give me a refurb phone n send me on my way? Apple customer service is in steady decline. Will be switching to Samsung after this experience.

::For a whole year my audio was messed up, couldn’t figure out the issue... had a hunch as to what it may have been. Went in to the apple store located at queens center mall and TASHI helped me out. Big shout out to him. He was professional , warm and patient. Such a great asset to apple. Give that man a raise 🙌🏾

::Хорошее обслуживание, но так как торговыц центр и сам магазин очень большой, иногда рризодится подождать консультанта в очереди. В целом довольна и всегда получала много положительных эмоций от работы и общения с сотрудниками. Всем рекомендую.
