::I can walk right in and buy a new computer, tablet or anything in 10 minutes or less. At least an hour wait to see someone to fix the brand new non functional device just purchased. What are the priorities here? Customer service, quality of product. I think not

::The worst experience. They play with your time like your are insignificant. I understand an appointment will be 2 hours out for walk in. But then I went back two hours later and the appointment had been pushed another 2 hours. So we decided to have lunch. But then 30 mins into lunch, I get the text to check-in or I will lose my spot! So i walk out of lunch, leaving my food, run to the store, check in. And turn out there is even more wait. 30 minutes according to their estimate. What the hell?! Switching my mother-in-law from iPhone/Apple. It sucks.

::Big Apple store in town. It has an express line for shoppers who know exactly what’s on their mind to buy. Products (if in stock) are brought out right away and you can check out in minutes. There is a parking lot called “Park Smart” at north-east corner of the apple store. If you come back in half an hour, nothing to pay, otherwise $2 for the first hour
