  Only Apple store in the area unless you want to drive to NJ. It's all ways packed and good luck getting a genius appointment the same day or within 3 day.

  Apple used to be known for its stellar customer service. I see they've gotten too big to provide individual customer service. I used to be able to reach the store directly when I called the store's number; now, someone answers curtly after a 20 minute wait, and before I can finish saying why I'm calling, they transfer me to Apple Care, which is not what I need. The experience in this store is disappointing too. You come in and there are about a dozen employees, not all of them helping other customers, but not one will help you.

  The wait is so long, but the staff is great. Tim was super helpful during the whole process of my repair and has total patience. Great job to this apple store on customer service, but wait time not so much..

  I believe someone named Dave helped me. He was extremely knowledgable and very kind. I really appreciated his help and he answered every question I had.

  Every timeI come into this store I receive help in less than 5 minutes, they are really nice and helpful. I have to say, I love that Apple hires people with disabilities, I hope more stores follow their example!
