  I was running short on time and placed order online to pick up at the store. Though there are a bunch of reps at the store, I had to wait for atleast half hour to pick up. The rep I was sent to was working with other customers who needed inviciglass screen protector. No one is at fault here, but I think there should be a consideration for allocating separate tasks. This was on a Monday at 7 pm.

  waste of my time. i went because i was advised to take my phone with a faulty wifi sensor to a genius bar after running an online apple support diagnostic. when i got there, they ran the same diagnostic, asked me if i had tried restarting it, and told me i needed to replace my phone without attempting anything else.

  Needs to be more organized, employees are great, also the service when your time is up if not by appointment takes three or more hours waiting time, but too many customers at the time make it to disorganized . Customers and employees on top of each other. We need at list three stores by zip code or by coordinates , north, south, east and west so all customers have access to the nearest one. Instead of having so many employees around the store at the same times hundreds of customers waiting for service. Divide the employees and open another store by the west end that there are none. You have enough employees in this store to be move to one or more stores and give better service, thanks

  I hate coming here. It’s the closest apple store to my house, so I have no choice but to come here or order online. However, I’m rarely home. I’ve been here to buy several Apple products usually in the $1K range, and it’s always a hassle to get someone to check me out. You’d think the staff would be more helpful especially when all they have to do is swipe my credit card and don’t have to deal with answering a bunch of questions from someone who isn’t going to buy anything. I wish there was an obvious checkout line instead of walking around asking all the staff if they could help me. Something that could have taken less than 5 minutes turns into a 30+ minutes ordeal.
