HORRIBLE. I gave them my phone for battery replacement after trying to get a battery for the fourth time. They damaged my phone and replaced screen but damaged the lower part of phone and returned it to me like that and sent me on my way. The screen they gave me looked horrible with inferior work done to it. After 5 time at Apple store had me wait for 40 minutes after my appointmenttime to be seen by the tech. They told me to wait until after someone gets off lunch the will fix it. They do not value their customers time. I would not recommend you get any work done at this store. I left with no work done and with a phone that was in perfect condition looking ghetto. I wish I never took it there in the first place.

Apple stores are basically from the future. How can this place be so much more efficient than every other store? Every employee can take payment. Online orders can be picked up in the store. Super knowledgeable. Good communication.

Just had my second straight terrible experience at this store. About 6 months ago I went into the store and needed a little help. The manager checked me in on one of her devices and I was told I would be serviced in order. So I waited. and waited. 40 minutes go by and nobody checked on me. I figured they were really busy and I should just wait my turn. Finally I am frustrated enough to ask an employee who told me that I was NOT ever checked in. So the manager didn't know what she was doing and never bothered to check on a customer who was obviously just sitting there waiting. So back of the line I went. Eventually got a simple matter taken care of in 1.5 hours. What a waste of my time. The next time I needed Apple Store help I thought I would be smart and make an appointment 4 days in advance. I arrived 40 minutes early and asked if it was possible to see someone sooner. If not, then I had a couple things to do and would come back at 5:30. So the employee tells me that there is only one person ahead of me and he could get me in early. I think "Great!" 30 minutes go by, I'm just standing there like an idiot and someone asks me if I have been helped. I told him the situation and he said that since I had a 5:30 appointment they had been servicing several walk ins ahead of me. My conclusion is that Apple employees are complete slaves to their scheduling devices that no one can think at a customer service level and actually help someone who is obviously getting frustrated but too nice to make a big stink. Get back to basics Apple. Pay attention to your customers and stop being slaves to your devices. I was taken care of at 5:30 but why was I told that I could get in sooner when clearly that wasn't an option? And why wouldn't you automatically take care of a scheduled customer early before a stream of walk ins?

Most profitable retail space in the world in sq/ft. The Apple Store never disappoints in design and friendly staff. I love the way they set up the environment so you can just play with everything and ask any questions you want in a no-pressure sales environment. The only negative I can say all right in regards to the Genius Bar and preparedness to fix products even under warranty. I hope this gets resolved with a little extra parts supply and training as I've had to deal with a few clients that left there appointments more confused than when they went in. Overall great products and great service and prices that match what they aim to provide which is the first class experience inside the Apple ecosystem!🙂

I was in and out at around an hour today. My iPhone 7 started shutting off the service, which is apparently a glitch, and I am taking a work trip next week so I was a little worried about getting it figured out, but they were able to get me in quickly and lend me a phone while mine is shipped off for fixing. Thanks to Cole and the lovely gentleman who helped me at the front of the store and made sure I was able to get in quickly.
