  Nothing but GREAT things to say about this store! I walked in without an appointment and in less of 5 minutes were able to take care of me! I highly recommend this location.

  They don't have fast availability to fix or helping you with your computer . They have a long waiting list to make appointments

  Worst apple store I have ever been to. Staff is not willing to help, pass wrong information among other issues. I went there to buy an iPhone x and there was a 20 minute line. So I purchased it online and selected the “pickup in store” option. The salesperson told me it would be at least two hours for the product to be ready for pickup. I left to pick up in the next day. It was ready in 20 minutes (but I had left the store already). Now I am here to pick up a product that I alteady payed for, and I have to wait on the same line as if it was my first time here. It is absolutely nonsense, they create a way to speed things up and end up slowing it down

  Monica took care of my broken Mac Book, and she was just amazing. Super nice, and helpful. Best customer service ever

  It seems that Apple's Customer Service is not what it used to be. Several people I have talked to lately feel the same way. Let's hope the product is still as good as it used to be. I just purchased a new Mac.
