  Went through liberty travel to book my honeymoon. I never received a breakdown of the insurance we purchased until I asked the liberty travel rep. This company is the insurance carrier partnered with them. I am currently in the process of cancelling my honeymoon because of a medical reason that is "not covered" under this insurance. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I am not choosing to cancel my honeymoon, I do not have a choice but to cancel as it is the cruise lines policy. Never again!!

  Don't purchase this protection... waste of money and your time. they doing nothing just sending medical form to fill out! be advised Aon that it can be more reasons then medical in our life !!! scam , liars !

  We purchased travel / health insurance from NCL and we didn't know that it was a 3rd party (Aon). We did end up using the doctor on the cruise ship and the doctor gave us meds. We had to pay for the meds and the doctor visit upfront. When we returned to the states it was a bit of a process (took us from 5/23 - 7/13) but I followed the directions and I am expecting a check in the mail. I did, however, find it silly we had to submit the claim to our health insurance company (this is what took the longest part) in the states even though it's common knowledge it would get rejected. So as soon as we got the rejection letter I filled out the forms from Aon, emailed them over and they emailed me back saying they received the form. 5 days later I followed up and they said a check would be in the mail.

  I wish I could leave this review with NO stars... I have been dealing with Aon for over 15 months now waiting for my reimbursement check. My travel claim was approved and the company told me they had sent a check. After months of calling the company (and being hung up on several times) I was informed my check (which i never received) had been fraudulently cashed at a TB Bank by someone else. After a year, I am still calling Aon monthly to check in with the status of the affidavit I signed and mailed to them, in which they "claim" they will present to TB bank and deal with the legalities of the bankers fraud. I am BEYOND appalled by the lack of service this company has provided and I think there should be an investigation into the company to make sure they are in fact providing services they claim they provide, to people who pay GOOD money for coverage.

  Easy to purchase, need a doctors note to cancel!!!! Unlike EVERY other travel insurance I have purchased, rather than being able to call Cheap tickets and cancel my trip and receive a refund due to a family emergency, I was told that I had to take my child to the doctor get a note and provide proof of an illness in order to cancel. Other wise I had to use or loose it. Total scam!!!! Do not buy!!!! Do not purchase tickets through Cheap Tickets Travel since this is the company they utilize for travel insurance!!!!
