  Horrible service, they are rude and disrespectful...I wouldn't let even my enemy get service from them.

  Had a big problem with them many years ago. They came to my house to look at my toilet. My mother in law was there and they made her give them $65. They said the job would cost $900 to do she had to make a decision right there if it was going to be done. Obviously she did not authorize the job and Anytime refused to refund the money. I found the owner to be very sleazy and I reported him to the Department of Consumer Affairs. I'm surprised they're still in business. Do not use them. By the way I got the job done on the toilet for about $100 by a local guy.

  Very professional work and a thorough job was done at the time I used them several years ago. I am embarrassed to admit this but this experience is also the reason I took the time to learn some plumbing skills and now handle 75% of my own plumbing issues. They came over to investigate our boiler which was not firing up at the beginning of the winter. First red flag that I should have paid attention to was they want you to join a "club" before they even take a look at what needs attention. This "club" is supposed to get you discounted services at the time of service and on future service. The club is expensive... I can't remember exactly but it was well over $100 for the starter level... first stupid thing I did was felt pressured to do this since we had no working heat. Then, the mechanic sent comes up and says out thermocouple needs to be replaced. At the time, I admit I had no idea what it was, where it was or how to replace it. Turns out it's a $10 part available anywhere that has a plumbing department and it's a fairly easy install, as I now know since I've done this twice since Anytime's visit. They charged me over $400!!! That is at the "club" discount price! Needless to say I felt extremely violated and sent them a letter, along with all the silly handouts they gave me about their club and told them they would never hear from me again. I did tell them the mechanic was very professional, as he was and a neat job was done.. But their business practice of raping the customer that might not know better lost them any chance of future business or recommendations. I have no idea if they still require the joining of their "club" but run the other f'ing way if you call them and that is how they start off the estimate. Better yet, just don't call them.
