  Literally everyone that works here is so polite and helpful. I'll be doing some lifts every once and a while and they'll give me tips to bring my lifts to the next level. Management truly wants to see everyone improve and that's entirely refreshing to see!

  Great place. The owners are friendly and willing to help you achieve your goals. I was a visitor and I was treated like family.

  Brand new equipment, amazing staff, overall just a great atmosphere. They also offer nutrition coaching and a free functional movement screen. Last but not least, the smoothie bar is a must try!!

  If I could have everything this club has at my home gym, I'd be beyond happy. This club is well maintained and so is the equipment. Lots of variety, even a cross-fit type seperate area. They are currently remodeling and adding a smoothie bar.

  I started lifting back in Februrary. Owners and staff are very attentive and personable, even though I'm not on a personal training program. Machines and equipment are always well maintained. Spotify is always open on the computer. LOVE this gym!!
