  Horrible customer service, all I asked for was for them to write Happy Birthday on my daughter’s King cake, and they said the couldn’t do it. I called the Metairie location and they took my order and completed my request. After doing years of business with the Gretna location, I will no longer spend my $$ there. Thanks to the Metairie location for the great customer service and friendly environment, WHAT A DIFFERENCE 👀🇺🇸🇺🇸

  I love this place! From the queen cakes to the signature cakes on down to the buttermilk drops! The absolute BEST!!!

  Ordered 3 cakes online for a party in Atlanta Ga. Went to website and ordered for a 2 -day delivery.. Paid $90 for expedited delivery. Called the day before it was to arrive and not one called back. Called the day of delivery, and they said they only deliver on certain days, so my 2 day was going to turn into 5 days alter. No where on the website does it say this! Contacted the store again and got horrible customer service and no response regarding my credit. Will never order from there again.

  visiting from out of town, needed to get a king cake ( I mean, c'mon, New Orleans). Quick 10 min drive from the hotel, has king cakes year round. On a whim I also bought a slice of pineapple/almond cake. Service was very very good - sweet and patient lady behind the counter. Got back to the room and had the goodies - oh my gosh, great cake and king cake. Whenever I find something so good out of town its a mixed feeling event. I'm glad to have found such a good place, sad I don't live here to experience it regularly =(
