  This has been the place to go to for "any occasion" cakes for my family for about 20 years...their Tres Leches cakes are just perfect but don't take my word for it...the variety of cake fillings and their overall bakery will have you coming back time and time again

  The waiting time is beyond normal, there is no pickup line if you have a caked that has been paid and ready to pickup. The bakery is unorganized

  Worst customer service!! The workers are always in their own conversations and go back and forth between talking about their personal lives and your order. There is always something wrong with the order and their decoration sucks so if you are looking for a nice looking cake do not go here. The cake is actually not that bad in flavor but just the whole experience is not worth it, wish I could give 0 stars

  I come here occasionally because the bread is good and it's close to my house but the last 2 experiences have prompted me to buy bread elsewhere. The previous time, there were no tongs to get the bread, the ladies saw this and didn't offer any, so we just used a plastic film to get the bread. It was not busy but we were waiting to check out for a long time because our cashier was busy talking to another employee. Today, we were waiting for the place to open since it was almost time but much to my surprise they did not open at 8 a.m. If they're not going to open at 8 a.m., they should not put this on the door or website. If they're not going to show customer service, they should not expect customers to return.

  I detest this shop!!!!!!!!!!!! There's always something wrong with an order and we've bought a cake more than 5 times! Every time we hope for better results but end up disappointed!!! Not to mention, I feel bad for the people who buy their bread. There's always a fly inside it, it's really disgusting! They also charge for every tiny thing and reply with such snark comments! This is the last straw! we found a new and better bakery and we're never going back there again. Don't waste your time go to another bakery
