Anthony was my realtor for my first condo purchase in my life! I met him at my work years ago. He was showing my boss some properties in downtown San Diego. As I saw him in my office sometimes, I learned that he was a very honest, fun, personable, and responsible person. He also had a great knowledge of real estate in San Diego. So I decided to consult with him for my first real estate purchase. He helped me make my decisions by providing the possible outcomes and his straightforward opinions about properties and neighborhoods. One day, we went to see a condo in downtown, just to see it but I felt very excited. So I made an offer. There were multiple offers on the condo but he made sure that I would get it. He guided me through to the transaction, provided me encouragement, answered my crazy questions and calmed me down for emotional crisis. After the escrow was closed he continued providing me the great support that I needed. He kept his promises and delivered more than what I expected. Honestly without him, I would have been regretting not buying my condo that was meeting almost all my must haves at the price I could afford. He taught me so much about real estate and I could not express enough how grateful and happy I am that Anthony is my realtor. I truthfully appreciate his exceptional services and efforts. He will be my realtor again when I buy my 2nd home and I would like to recommend Anthony to everyone!

Buyers and Sellers beware My wife and I sold a house for the second time as a For Sale by Owner. Anthony Napoli was the agent representing the buyer of our house that we sold. He was Personable, so we trusted him. In the middle of the transaction he changed the financing type of his clients loan. He refused to respond in any way for a week with any answers concerning his clients' process. The house was empty and he was the only person whom had access to the locked and gated property. When he surfaced he then agreed to have his clients do the repairs on the house due to the change in the financing type that required the repairs. He was at the property many times, for inspections, repairs and visits. Half of which we were never notified about till after. 3 weeks late but we close the transaction, it was a bumpy road. Almost one month, After we close on the property, we got the Final water bill THREE weeks after we closed the transaction for $1,700.00 !!!! Someone had left the water on, in rural area for a few weeks!! The escrow took a long time, the house was vacant for many months,... the bill was for the very last month right as escrow closed. We contacted Anthony, and immediately his character changed. We asked about the water bill through a text message, he immediately knew what water spigot was left on...I wish we did...he then and created a story after much prompting on what happened Anthony was the only one with access to the property during this escrow period. If it was ever unlocked. It was because he left it unlocked on a previous visit. Strange to find out now, seeing how my husband had lunch with him one week earlier to getting the bill... after he brought him to a house of a friends of ours wanted that wanted to sell. He creates a long an involved story how a phantom neighbor left it on as retaliation for not selling to him.... Little did he know I had contact with the neighbor frequently and there was no ill will. He said a pad lock was on the water main...as if a good Samaritan neighbor was turning it off and someone else kept turning it on... and they had to cut the lock off.... Funny just hearing about this now. Here is the catch to that story. We went out the next morning and looked at the brass on/off key on the water main. Its brass so scraps with a stick to mark it.... Not a scratch on it. We talked to each of the 6 neighbors in a quarter mile radius. NO GOOD SAMARTINS to be found... nobody knew it was left on... understandably so. We presented these facts to Anthony, asked for a one day bill he said his clients had for $80, we asked for the contractors invoice and if they were licensed. He has still refused to give them to us. We any texts from him, yelling and cursing at us. All 100% documented. The problem is here that an Agent is responsible for what his clients and contractors do. So he is being very dishonest and freaking out. He had a fiduciary responsibility to protect his clients and us for that matter He will not respond unless he is cursing. He has made no attempt to resolve this matter. I am a pregnant woman having to deal with all of this as the water bill is my name. He is not an honest person, nor does he take responsibility for his duties as a Licensed Real Estate agent. These are the facts. Use caution in dealing with him.
