  do not, and i repeat, do not sign up for this insurance in San Francisco. Half of the people who they have listed as pcp are no longer dealing with this company and i dont blame them. they are only out there to get your money. please choose another insurance.

  I have been insured by three different BCBS companies in different parts of the country. Anthem is awful compared to the others. They deny more claims than they approve. Even making you run through hoops to get pre-approvals on generic medications that cost less than $10/mo total. To be fair a good part of this is caused by Democrat imbeciles and their leader who pushed through the worst legislature in my lifetime, the affordable care act. This of course made nothing affordable with massive premium inflation and dramatic decrease in health benefits. That said Anthem is the worst of what’s available. Hopefully we can convince our employer to switch to a better health insurance company.

  Absolutely pathetic, the billing department in three short months this calendar year has doubled my premium. Not for any increase in service or product, but because they employ imbeciles who should fired . Smells like a "B - O" plan to me. I've already filed a formal complaint with Medicare. I think all with concerns should do as well

  Avoid at all costs, they will never approve anything. They just want your money, helping you is their second priority.

  Absolutely horrendous service. Continued to get the run around from multiple departments and poorly trained call center staff who had no ability or power to help resolve any issues.
