  Okay so I went to get my nails done at this place with two other people. Friend #1 and I we’re both getting manicures and pedicures. I had asked the lady to be especially careful with one toe since there had been some issues with it in the past and instead as she was doing my toe nails she proceeded to jam her finger under the toe. Friend #1 had also told the other lady that she did NOT want her toe nails to be cut and instead the lady got the nail clippers and did the exact opposite. Now on to the manicures now Friend #2 went first her nails came out nice, Friend #1 on the other had her nails came out nothing like she wanted. She showed the lady the nails and got “of course” as a response so she assumed she had nothing to worry about. She wanted coffin shaped nails and instead got an oval shaped nails with the tips glued crookedly, friend #1 was also cut multiple times with the filer because of how rough the lady was going and kept telling the lady that she was hurting her and the lady did not let up. Now when I got my nails done, I got exactly what I wanted but I was last out of the three since there were only two people on duty. Since I was the last one both of the ladies worked on me, both hurting me, I had gotten multiple cuts. As the my nails were drying, one lady put some kind of oil on my finger and proceeded to mess up my nails and then tried to fix it causing a mess. Once my nails were fixed up, I proceeded to put my hands under the dryer when they once more took my hands but this time put some fast drying spray and rushed me out. My nails were still wet and we all were in shock how they wanted us out. The next day friend #1 and I went to our event and our nails proceeded to pop off. Now we did nothing the whole day except get ready for our event. It baffles us how we gave specific instructions and wants, how fast they wanted us out, how poorly the nails were put on and how after ONE day the nails cracked in half.
