  Annie's is a good restaurant. It has a contemporary environment with quite good food. I used to eat at Apple Annie's, when it was founded in the basement of the Bank One Tower. Love Nance has put together a quality place with this one. You will have to wait in line to order (somewhat like La Madeline), but they handle it efficiently. Their pizza is quite tasty. As with all things downtown, the downside is parking (which evokes my one-star rating of the City of Austin ... a gripe for another day). Well, they shut down the operation, in order to pursue other opportunities. Oh, well ...

  A really pleasant dining experience. A friend took me to Annie's downtown for lunch. I ordered the Caprese sandwich which was very high on taste. The ingredients were piled onto this focaccia bread that had amazing depth of flavor. The coffee served there is also a treat. Marvelous flavor. I want to go back!!

  Food and service have gone downhill, should've known by the lack of people inside. I've been going to Annies for several years and this was my first visit in quite sometime and the quality has decreased markedly. I ordered the eggs Benedict, which is a standard staple of any brunch and it was simply not edible. The hollandaise sauce was totally broken and not to mention excessive. The server was oblivious to the problem and seemed confused about what hollandaise even was. After sending the eggs Benedict back, I requested a fried egg sandwich, which also turned out to be flavourless. The manager tried to make up for it with some free pastries, but honestly I can't recommend this place any longer.

  The food was good. The service wasn't the best. I didn't get my drink until I reminded her after our food came and then a new person started taking care of us. It was just odd.

  Watch out for the mice they love that overnight food that isn't covered. Just like the airport Annie's. Yummy yum yum. Great place to eat. Fried mice.
