  It was a very unorganized process. I provided the requested documentation and was asked to provide the same documents multiple times. Also, I was told to get additional homeowners insurance that was not needed and could have costed me an extra $500 per year. Lack of organization was very clear.

  I felt comfortable with Bryan from the start. He is friendly and laid back, yet very efficient. Behind the scenes, he developed positive relationships with real estate agents on my behalf. In the beginning of the process he asked me what my goal was. Now that we are at the end of the transaction, I can say that we met that goal as best we could given soaring interest rates. I also have to mention that my closing was a relatively fast process. I was able to close in 20 days thanks to Bryan, Sharmaine (my realtor) and their entire teams.
