Went in the store today and saw that there were only two cashiers working. Unfortunately neither could help me because there was a long line for most of the time I was there. But after waiting in line for 15 minutes the cashier was very nice and friendly and was patient enough to help me with my pile of clothes even though there were still people behind me. It's a great store with lots of nice pieces and people but its a shame that they couldn't bother to have more employees working on a busy day.

I visited this store while visiting my boyfriend's family with the hope of finding a dress for an upcoming wedding. I was appalled by the negative attitudes of both the cashiers and the lack of professionalism and customer service I received. I didn't end up finding a dress; however, I found a tank top and a pair of jeans I really liked. The cashier rudely stated that the tank top was on sale but the jeans were not. I didn't think anything of it, but decided to walk past the jean table one more time on my way out to check the other prices. This is when I realized that the jeans were buy one get one 40% off. I decided that it made sense to purchase a second pair, so I grabbed one in my size and got back in line. While I was waiting, I listened to the cashiers interact with the other customers and every person they "helped" ahead of me were told if their items were on sale and that they should "go grab another since they are buy one get one." This was NEVER told to me, because if it was, I would have done the exact same thing. I watched the other customers leave the line to go grab another pair of jeans or a 3rd pair of sandals in order to get the discounts. Once it was my turn in line, I explained to the woman that I was unaware of the sale and wanted to return the first pair I purchased so that I could purchase a second pair of jeans. Both cashiers were extremely rude in their response and stated they could not do this because it would be considered an "adjustment." I pointed out that they never told me about the sale yet told everyone else and allowed them to grab other items, and yet they still denied my request to return and then purchase more items. Either these women had no idea what they were doing, or this is a horrible business model. Why would you deny a customer from purchasing additional merchandise?!?! I was so angry at the way I was treated by these women and the ridiculous "rules" this store had, that I just returned all of my items. I would NEVER give this store my business and think management should seriously reconsider their hiring process and transaction rules. Those cashiers should never be allowed to work in any form of customer service role. The were several additional items I had considered purchasing from this store, but I would never give them my money and ended up finding these items online. This store has some nice merchandise but the employees made this shopping experience absolutely terrible.
