  Yes the owners are nice but clueless. I brought a pair of jeans to be dry cleaned that were not cheap and they poked two holes in one of the belt straps and when I brought it up she said no one had ever complained before. Well I'm sorry that I didn't want an unnecessary hole in my $300 jeans. She also said she had to find a way to make the ticket easy for her to see because they have so many clothes. No problem. Next time instead of poking a hole in someone's jeans. Why don't you put it through the hole that's ALREADY THERE FOR THE BUTTON OF THE JEANS TO GO THROUGH. I did not carry on because I knew I wasn't going to get my jeans replaced as she made it clear this was not a big deal to her. But I had to say something as I felt this was pure stupidity and laziness. Whether the jeans were free or 1000 dollars no one wants unnecessary holes poked in. So if you are going to use them. And you care about your clothing just tell them don't poke a hole with a pin for your tickets. Since they claim no one has ever complained before. Guess there is a first time for everything
