  Love this store. They have very nice stuff and the people working there are absolutely always friendly. And have very good suggestions 👍

  I generally like Ann Taylor. I think their clothes are good quality. However, last time I came to this location, one of the staff was very unprofessional. As she checked out a customer, she and the customer loudly talked about how difficult it is to find clothes in their size, double zero. They then walked around the store complaining about this. First I thought that maybe the customer spends a lot of money at this location (which is still annoying but at least makes sense from a business standpoint), but when I went check out (had to wait for her to come back to the register), the employee emphasized how her size was no longer available for one of the items I purchased. I'm honestly not even sensitive about my size (I wear a medium), but I do expect a certain level of customer service. She wasn't concerned about me as a customer, she was much more interested in bragging/complaining about how thin she was. Super annoying.
