  This place is "meh" at times. It's convenient but it can be super crowded. All the ladies are efficient and will do a great job. The wait can be the real problem.

  Went here a good 2-3 times over the past 7 years . This is my last option to go when every other salon is booked and busy . I say this because it’s always a 45 min - 1 hour wait also the nail techs don’t do pretty good nails . Last time I went the acrylic gel work was bulky on some nails but nice and smooth on the others . Certain nails were different shapes compared to my other nails when I asked for coffin I was given that and also square on other nails like what ? The paint work is all over my cuticles/finger itself it was terrible . I hated my nails I didn’t even show them to anyone or take pictures of them because I was embarrassed even my boyfriend said what the fu** looking at them . In the mean time the old Asian lady doing my nails was telling me I’m nice & calm for a black girl the way I speak is so proper and mellow how my kind is always angry and being disrespectful how she doesn’t like “ those people “ so she’s surprised which I found to be pretty racist . Not all black girls are ghetto & loud that’s a stereotype plus your location is in the hood part of Queens so what do you expect. Plus your on these people territory but I mean hey. Then she started talking about my friend who came with me to the nail salon as company who’s apart of the LGBT when my friend stepped out she started telling me my friend is weird and why does she dress so baggy & don’t get her nails done does she want to be a man ? After she was just smiling and laughing with my friend telling her stories . She was now looking very prejudice 2 faced & ignorant I couldn’t wait for my nails to be done . I rather go without getting my nails done then to ever end up back here and that’s just the truth . I will travel to the Bronx or Brooklyn which is an hour and some change from me before I come here again .

  Too little associates for the place to be efficient. The wait is too long, especially if you need a manicure and a pedicure.

  The service in this salon is TERRIBLE! they have very nasty attitudes but the one thing I can't take away from them is they do an amazing pedicure. Bitter sweet but I can't deal with the poor customer service.

  Turned away at 6pm for a pedicure even though they were open with one to two customers. I wanted a basic pedicure and eyebrows...they turned me away from both locations because they didn't want to do a pedicure. Not sure when they close, but I have been past at 7pm and they were just closing.
