::If only words could describe these people. Horrible! Quick review. I waited 6 months for a puppy who was "sick", after patiently waiting I was told my pup was in good health. The day I took her home she was coughing, and throwing up. No one answered my calls and or messages. Once I got a hold of corporate, she had the audacity to call me snobby. The only thing she could do was give me a "refund"! PATHETIC!!!

::Customer service was rude.. I noticed that a puppy looked really hot.it was laying down with it's eyes closed panting.so I said to one of the staff "excuse me but there's a dog over there and it looks really hot ,it's panting really quickly" and he snootily replied to me saying "well there's always someone back there monitoring them,so yeah.they're being taken care of probably better than it would be in your household" then he walked away.he didn't even go to look at the dog and yeah I saw someone back there but they weren't looking at the dog either . They were filling up some water bottles but that was it.. I was just wondering if the puppy was alright .I didn't intend to offend (the staff sounded offended)

::Our experience was awesome. We bought from Alex who was a store representative. She was very helpful. We bought an English Bulldog. He is super healthy and super cute. We can't wait to take him home. Thank you Animal Kingdom AZ Mills😊

::Went to animal kingdom a couple days ago and absolutely loved the staff, they helped us out so much and now we are leaving with our beautiful little puppy today. They even walked around the store with my girlfriend helping her pick out toys for our dog. Super happy with this place and the staff.
