  SCAMMERS! Preferred for me to withdrawal money from thier ATM machine so they wouldn't accrue a fee by using their credit card machine. They said, "it cost the business money". They insisted there was no fee withdrawing from thier ATM machine, but they lied. I pulled up my bank mobile app and showed them the $2.00 fee right then and there. The owner refunded me my money. How convenient is for the customers to accure the fee, so the business doesn't loose money. Im sorry but this bull$hit! Is this even legal? Bad business. Will not go again. Take cash if you don't want to deal with the mess.

  No concept of customer service. Extremely rude staff. Went back in to get two nails fixed and the man who had done them refused to help me, ignored me and continued working on his client. I went to the back to ask for someone else and the woman I asked was upset about it and upset she had to fix my nails. This is my first review. Thought it was necessary. I read a lot of bad reviews as well. I rate 0 stars

  Very rude staff, very poor service. Poor quality nail work. I do NOT recommend at all.

  Nail tech seemed pissed! I got there around 7:15 pm (they close at 8:00) and I took my mother for a manicure and I needed a pedi but since I was already there, I asked if they had time for a manicure too. The woman was hesitant so I told her I'd go back the next day for the manicure. A male jumped in and said no, that she had time to do both. She rushed, and didn't shape the nails on the toes, but I made her file my nails right and I guess that got her more angry. Gel was not applied right! I blame myself for not calling ahead to ask for Arlene, which was the only reason I went there in the first place. I stayed there because I didn't have time to find another salon in the area. Now I know better and people, don't waste your money at this place unless you get Arlene. She's good. And BTW, they charged $80 for both mani and pedi.

  I should have read the bad reviews before stopping here. Manicure was so bad. Cold water soak for 30 seconds. I had to keep pointing out spots where she still had not fully removed my old polish. I asked for no polish just buff. Was told they do not have a buffer nor do they have regular clear polish. If I wanted shine I had to pay for clear gel polish. I declined. Don’t waste your money coming here.
