  Wonderful local store with amazing staff. Parking can be a bit tough on Valley Road but try the back lot.

  I've been in this store 2x in the past 2 months. Both times, no one acknowledged me, nor did they bother to offer any assistance in finding a wine. This past time, there were three people behind the counter chatting. I was clearly looking for something specific and ultimately found it myself. Only when I was heading to the counter to pay for it did someone half-assed say "hi" and it wasn't even the girl checking me out. She was there last time too and, I have to say, kind of a sad-sack. Other than poor service, they are conveniently located and have a very nice selection of wines. If there was a store next door with fewer choices and better service I'd actually go there instead.

  Decent liquor store. Good selection of beer / cider. Their wine selection leaves something to be desired. The wine prices seem to be a little higher than normal. That seems to be the norm for Montclair.
