  This is the worst attorney ever. I wouldn't recommend him to my dog.

  This is a back stabbing, lawyer and will double cross you at every turn. He will tell you something else and do another. He is still holding our funds when he was suppose to release them. He paid himself but didn't release our funds because he wanted to stay in on the sale of the house, which is in a different state that he has no jurisdiction of, but Mr Bender wants to sell said property but doesn't know that property value. So in short he wants to practically give it away so he can get paid again for nothing......AS ALL CAN SEE I PUT MY NAME ON THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

  attorney a bender is a good and considerate lawyer that will listen to you and is not afraid to speak up for your rights he will fight til the end for you, without predjudice, he is not the one to take your money and run unless you are running right beside him,
