  Decent mall. You'd think it would have more stores for having so many floors. Alot of homeless people hang around outside and try to bum cigarettes. But I still stop by every time I'm in town.

  We've been noticing quite a few homeless hanging out in side on the chairs and loitering around the doors. Also the security is lax and you can't find the number payed any where. The stores are nice tho and there are 3 stories plus the food court on the 4th floor.

  Nice mall in downtown Anchorage. For being downtown, it is a nice size. Penny's has great end of the season sales. Nice variety of stores.

  Nice Mall with variety of shopping option for my whole family. Hot Topic for my teenager, American eagle for my husband and Sephora for myself. Of course there's a Starbucks and even a post office. Restroom are always nice and clean, besides the escalators it has two big elevator that always work.

  Was at the mall in December whilst on holiday in Anchorage. I have never in my life met such friendly helpful management, the mall is spotless. More malls around the world could learn from this mall. Many happy memories made. Keep it up and well done.
