::It was my first time going to this urgent care. The 2 women working the front desk were so kind and welcoming. I literally went in so close to time they were supposed to close, but they still saw me due to my issue. The doctor and nurse also explained everything well and clearly. I would definitely go here again!

::I have been to this facility before in the past and everyone was great. However, this time the experience was amazing I didn’t feel good and haven’t felt good for weeks and they truly made me comfort. They listened and allowed me to talk about what was going on so they could treat me properly and I really do appreciate them for that. Dr. Trombley was amazing and very kind doctor and the nursing staff were excellent! Thank you for your service and help!

::I arrived at 9AM opening on Sunday and was called back by 9:35AM. It got much busier after opening but for me personally the wait wasn't too long. The nurses and doctor were professional, listen to my concerns and quickly diagnosed and treated my ankle problem. The male nurse that did my x-rays in particular was very gentle and thoughtful in helping me in and out if the wheelchair and putting together my ankle brace. I'm feeling much better today and can see improvement in my pain, inflammation, and ankle mobility. So their treatment definitely did the trick!

::Today, I had occasion to visit this Urgent Care. During my visit I needed to have x-ray services. My review of the X-ray technician is 5 STAR +, most excellent services and his bed side manner was also 5-star +. He work in conjunction with Dr. tom Vu at Urgent Care, Euclid, together their information was excellent. Highly recommend. Dennis B.
