  Beware: This business has a section of money transfer where they transfer money using illegal method (called Hundi). They may not allow you do that unless you are referred by someone they already know. They give better rate and don't charge fees. Stay away of such illegal and immoral practice. If you do you are harming two countries!

  So far the service was tolerable when today (dec’30) an employee named ‘Ameena’ was way to rude to handle . I waited for 30 mins for my medication and after asking another employee who was being really nice to me for waiting longer then expected; she came up with lame sentences like : ‘Your insurance is not active ‘. I received medication from them on 26th dec , n I explained them n then she showed her rude n aggressive attitude . That’s how I m being treated . I hope somebody from the higher management will see that and if they really want to take care of their reputation.They should take care of their internal behavior of their employees like that . No matter what kind of problem/issue u r dealing with , u should know n educate urself about customer service !!!

  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Delivery Service! I requested my medicine to be delivered on Wednesday and called them on Sunday to find out what happened because no delivered. They just sorry don't know why that happened we will delivered. Monday Noon I go there physically to get my medications because they didn't seem to care about delivering at my house. After 20 mins of waiting they tell me delivery guy is out with my medications so I came back home. Called them again at 6pm because I STILL didn't get my medicines and they are like I have to go to the pharmacy to pick it up! Because they called me I didn't pick up which was a lie because I had the phone on my hand the whole time waiting for a call, if they really were in front of my house with my medicines they could've just rang the door bell like they used to do. NOT GOING BACK to that pharmacy. There are several other pharmacies waiting to provide us service.

  This place used to be good but now that they have huge traffic coming in they suck at serving their customers. Gives lame excuses to cover them up. Even If you call 2 hours in advance to have your medicines ready for a pick up, they will still make you wait 40mins because they forgot that you have called and prepares the medicine at your present. But of course they wont admit their fault.

  Horrible experience. The workers here let someone skip me despite waiting in line for 45+ minutes and I WAS NEXT IN LINE. I had to wait even longer. They didn't even apologize and pretended as if nothing happened. IF I didn't desperately needed my medicine (antibiotics) I would of cursed them out. There are so many other pharmacy stores in the area don't bother with this one. Try Walgreens right across from them. Also they keep a cat in store and its a PHARMACY. That's a sign this store has rats, disgusting knowing they have rats running around the medications and prescription bottles. With the money they make try hiring a exterminator. Steer cleer.
