  FACT....They just got a $706 million dollar judgement against them by 12 jurors! That is 706 million reasons not to do business with this company! They are unethical!

  I do not know how this company is in business. I'm not much for complaining, really I'm not. But multiple things have gotten screwed up on the sale of my property. It's caused a personal loss of time and money. Be ready for lost paperwork and multiple trips to the notary. Then and add on 6 weeks to the amount of time you think your transaction is going to take. And then.. I'm not joking.. Be prepared for the funds to go to the wrong location when they are released. It's really been that bad.
