  First time have I ever experienced such an unprofessional atmosphere in a hair salon. I specifically asked if they can do some streaks of blonde, red, and brown in my hair... First, the "hair stylist" told me she does not have the hair dye, but she is good with streaks and coloring. She told me she will call the beauty supply store and I can pick up the supplies because she doesn't have it in the salon. Which was odd to hear that. But I proceeded to the beauty supply store for the items, only because that was the only free time I had to get my hair done and this was the only salon open. She also told me to pay for the items and bring the receipt and she will give me the money back after she does my hair, which she refuse to do after i payed her. Anyway, when she was doing my hair she took a break and sat on a chair eating Chinese food while she left my whole head full of bleach...I told her my head was burning to take out the chemicals just take it out. She said no thats how it is....while she was trying to convince me it was OK. My hair started smoking, my hair was burning!!!! At first i couldn't see because the mirrors were all covered with papers piled up in front of it. I had to look up and that's when I saw the smoke from the top of my head. It was my first time someone put bleach in my hair I didn't know what to expect but I knew this was not right. On top of that after she rinsed my hair... the overall color she did my hair was completely one color bright red, which was not what I asked for. Most of my time in the salon she was on her phone talking and eating Chinese food. On top of the horrible service she provided. She over charged me... Now my hair is completely dried up and damaged. Overall, this was the most horrible, unprofessional, disgusting hair salon I could ever imagine. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
