::No public bathroom. Nice I’m a first responser I work in the field and don’t have access to a bathroom down the hall. I was told they didn’t even have a bathroom on site. I ask how they use the bathroom and they said they didn’t. Lol guess I’m going to make a call to the permit office in the morning. Also hope you don’t need emergency services soon cause I’m going to be busy finding a bathroom.

::Me and my mom used to come here everyday before work. One day we stopped here, my mom waited in the car, I go in and a minute later my mom comes in very distraught. A man pulled up next to her in the parking lot and started yelling at her for no reason. She came in and asked the cashier "Curly" for help. Curly refused to help her, AND kicked my mom out of the store!! With the man still there!!!! But she didn't kick him out.... This man could've been crazy or something, and she kicked my mom out of the store, and refused to help her. We contacted the manager and they did nothing. What kind of monster turns away a woman who's being attacked?! I will NEVER shop here again.

::A car that I have been trying to sale broke down in the evening on the street in front of AM/PM on Allen and Lombard. I had to push it into the parking lot of AM/PM. I went inside and spoke to the clerk. Explained what had happened and ask if it would be ok there untill the morning when my friend, who is a mechanic, could come take a look at it. I was told to be sure to call in the morning and talk to the day shift about the car. I thanked him and walked home, witch is less then 5 minutes away. I had not been home more then 5 or 6 minutes when my phone rang and the woman on the other end was going off on me about having no right to park my car there to sale. I tried to explain myself but she was not having any of it and contusions to go off one me, even going as far as to say I should greatfull she took the time to call me and didn't just tow my car away. I too work in customer relations and I was appalled by her behavior. I had to inconvenience my roommate and ask if he could tow it home, witch was nerve racking for me. While at AM/PM my roommate asked for the corporate number only to be given a number to someone named Curly and told she was the manager. I will be taking this matter up as many of upper management as I can. Whoever the woman was on the phone should be ashamed of herself.

::I asked for premium and the gas attendant put in 87. I run a highly modified car with a really high compression ratio. Because of that I was unable to drive my car without risking serious engine damage. The gas attendant refused to help me get a manager and just ran away and it took nearly 30 minutes before I could even reach a manager. They refused to help me siphon the gas back out, and merely gave me an octane booster that even if it hits the claimed numbers (test seem to show it doesn't, researching the test results I should expect the gas to be ~87.6) doesn't even get back to the 90s. I did not even get a refund. I will certainly never return to this station again.

::Gas attendants apparently have an issue calling people anti-gay slurs. I stopped to get gas some dirty looking, white trash guy they hired takes my card, looks at my card, looks at me, slams the gas nozzle into my car, tosses my card back at me and then starts talking to the other gas attendant calling me a f*ggot. Other attendant acted surprised said "Oh my!" but then when that attendant came over to my car because the first one refused to come back over, he threw my receipt at me. This happened 10/18 at 4:39 PM, pump 4. Attempted to speak to the manager three times. First was told the manager wouldn't be in until 9:30 PM. Then was told the manager would not be available at all.
