::I go in there and there’s a price tag of $.99 on ice cream I go to the counter the manager says no it’s supposed to say $4.99 then he goes and puts a sticker in front of the $.99 it says for right in front of my face. That was beyond messed up. When they first opened I gave them really good reviews I was really happy with them but I’ve never coming back again. That was beyond unprofessional

::Love the AM/PM on Leonard because everyone I've interacted with is nice and helpful, but the experience at this Herndon one is the exact opposite. I've only come in a handful of times and each time they're short and kinda rude. The final straw was tonight (Feb 3rd) when I tried to use my app while purchasing cigarettes. I regularly use my app and know it sometimes takes a couple times to scan, which I have no issue in being that I want my scratchers, drink points, or savings. The folks on Leonard always take that extra second to make sure it goes through, but the man working at the Herndon location had NO patience tonight. He didn't even give me a moment to turn my phone around to use the app I was already pulling up (there was no line since it wasn't busy and I had literally just walked in), he just started gesturing for me to put my card in the machine as soon as he rang up the cigarettes. I said, "I have the app" and he scoffed but pulled the scanner around for me to scan. I scanned my app and as that's happening, a woman who was trying to get gas came in. No sooner than she came through the door, he's being snappy to her, "What number!". The woman said all the pumps said out of order and she wasn't sure which pump worked, and he just kept saying, "what number, I'll remove the signs in 5 minutes". I kept an eye on the card machine to see if it would give me my discount, the same discount POSTED ON THEIR FRONT DOOR (Buy 2 Marlboro Cigarettes, save $1.70 w/ the app) and it didn't appear, so I told him, "It didn't fully read my app" and he snapped, "it worked!". I get it's only $1.70 but I also enjoy the scratchers, and it's really the principal of the matter. I wasn't talking rudely to him, and neither was the woman who came in, but he was being rude to everyone. If you're not going to accept the app for the discount, or say that the app was taken but no discount is given, at least take down the sign in the front and not promote false advertising. I don't care if I'm shopping at the Walmart or any other stores in that shopping center, next time I'm headed to the AM/PM, I'll go out of my way. I have no issues using the extra gas if I know I'm going to get decent service.

::Nice, clean and not over priced. Hope it stays that way. Also did you ever think that maybe you are the "Karen" for leaving a one star review and having an "anxiety attack" because because the cashier did their job by enforcing store policy?
